La empresa dispone de los siguientes laboratorios encaminados a los siguientes controles:

  • Sensory analysis laboratory: within this section a panel of expert tasters in meat products, hams and shoulders has developed.
  • Physical-chemical laboratory to evaluate the physico-chemical and nutritional characteristics of meat products, hams and shoulders.
  • Microbiological Laboratory microbiológico for hygiene control of production.
  • Trichina detection Laboratory accredited by ENAC (certificate no 897/LE1685): it is located in the slaughterhouse to garantee that all carcasses got are free of Trichinella spiralis (triquina) parasite.
