In 1992, Prolongo obtained the EU approval.

 

 

In 1997, Quality Assurance ISO9000:94 were approved. In 2003, ISO9001:2000 approval was obtained.

 

In 2000, Prolongo was the first company in obtaining the ETG (Guaranteed Traditional Speciality) approval for Serrano Hams through AENOR.

 

In 2002, our company is in the heading group of companies obtaining the Approved Quality trademark "A" from the Junta of Andalucia (Regional Government of Andalucia) for our Serrano Hams.

 

In 2003, BRC (British Retailers Consortium) Approval has been obtained in the "high level" for slaughtering and meat processing activities.
